Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible, please ensure that your item is in pristine condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, unopened, and in its original packaging. Initiating the return or refund process is as easy as sending us an email, and we'll work closely with you to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
2. Size and Fit Responsibility/Exchanges: It is the buyer's responsibility to consult our size guides and select the correct size when placing an order. Refunds cannot be offered for incorrectly sized items since the item is made exclusively for you and we do not keep an inventory. If you wish to exchange your purchased item(s), kindly return them and make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
3. Process of Refunds: Processing times for refunds typically range from 3-5 business days. It's important to note that crediting times may vary and are subject to the policies of the card-issuing bank. Generally, credit card refunds may take 1 to 2 billing statements to reflect as a credit. Refunds will be processed through our secure payment processor and credited back to the original payment method that was used for the payment, or we can issue store credit.
