Refund, Revision, and Delivery Policy

At DGTL Dream Arts, we strive to provide high-quality services tailored to your needs. Please review our refund policy below:

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
Completed Work: Refunds are not available for completed services or deliverables.
Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, payments made for completed work remain non-refundable.
Special Circumstances: Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of DGTL Dream Arts in exceptional cases.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your project. Please review the terms for revisions:

Included Revisions: Each project includes two free revisions unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Revisions: Extra revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees, communicated upfront.
Revision Timeframes: All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial deliverable. After this period, the project will be considered complete.
Scope Changes: Revisions are limited to the original project scope. Any significant changes outside the agreed-upon scope may require a new contract or incur additional costs.

Delivery Format: All designs and services are delivered in digital file formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF, or other formats as requested).
Printing: DGTL Dream Arts does not offer printing services. Clients are responsible for making their own printing arrangements.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery times vary based on project complexity and scope. Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project.
Client Delays: Timely delivery depends on prompt communication from the client. Delays in feedback, approvals, or information may extend the delivery timeframe.

Standard Storage: Digital deliverables will be stored for 30 days after project completion. After this period, DGTL Dream Arts is not responsible for maintaining copies of project files.
Portfolio Showcase: If clients grant permission to showcase the project in our portfolio, storage times will be extended, ensuring longer availability of files.
Facebook Portfolio: Any projects featured in the DGTL Dream Arts Facebook portfolio will remain accessible indefinitely and will not be deleted.
